We collect the following military-specific data solely for the purpose of career mapping and salary projection:
We do not collect, store, or request Social Security Numbers (SSNs), DoD ID numbers, or any classified operational information.
Users are advised never to input sensitive or classified mission data into the AI Career Coach or any other field on this platform. This includes deployment details, unit designations, operational security information, or any data that could be considered OPSEC-sensitive.
When you use our AI Career Coach, your conversations are processed to provide personalized career advice based on your military background and career goals.
Your conversation data is never sold to third-party recruiters, insurance companies, data brokers, or any other commercial entity. Period.
Your personal data and conversations are not used to train public or foundational AI models. Your information stays private.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols.
Your stored profile data is encrypted in our database using modern encryption standards.
We only collect and retain the minimum data necessary to provide the career transition service. We don't ask for information we don't need.
You maintain full control over your personal information:
You can request the permanent deletion of your profile, MOS data, and AI chat history at any time. Contact us and we will remove all your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
You can request a copy of all career data you have generated on the platform in a portable format. This includes your profile information, saved schools, and career analysis results.
You can update or correct any of your profile information at any time through your account settings.
To exercise these rights: Use your Profile page to update information, or contact our support team for deletion or export requests.
We are transparent about how and when your data may be shared:
Your conversations with the AI Career Coach are processed through secure, private API connections to our AI provider (OpenAI). Only the minimum information required to provide career advice is transmitted, and this data is subject to the AI provider's enterprise data protection policies which prohibit use for model training.
